Forsyth Plastic Surgery has five board-certified plastic surgeons: Drs. John Fagg, Andy Schneider, Gilson Kingman, George Lawson and Leslie Branch. These doctors work closely with 1-2 of their own nursing staff members and with the Operating Room nurses at the Plastic Surgery Center of NC.
about our facility
The Plastic Surgery Center of North Carolina, is the private surgical center for Forsyth Plastic Surgery. It’s located on the ground floor of our building at 2901 Maplewood Avenue in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a beautifully equipped, AAAASF certified outpatient surgical facility. The majority of cosmetic surgeries performed by the plastic surgeons at Forsyth Plastic Surgery are scheduled in The Plastic Surgery Center of NC.
